Gentle, personalised sleep support for exhausted parents
More rest. No pressure. No guilt.
You're here because something needs to change, and you want support that actually fits your family, not a method that asks you to go against your instincts.
Let’s find a way that actually works for your family.
“Catherine made it all make sense... She added some clarity to our situation, reassured us and gave us the information and confidence to start to improve our daughter's sleep!” – Maisie
When sleep feels impossible, so does everything else.
It’s 3am. Again.
You’re rocking, feeding, shushing, scrolling - desperately searching for an answer. You’re doing everything you can, and yet your baby still won’t sleep unless they’re on you.
You’re exhausted. Touched out. Wondering if you’ve somehow broken your baby… or yourself.
Maybe you’ve been told to leave them to cry.
Or that feeding to sleep is a “bad habit.”
Or that you just need to stick to a routine - even though routines have never worked for your baby.
You don’t want to sleep train.
But you also don’t want to keep dreading bedtime, or bursting into tears because you're so tired and nothing is changing.
You’re not lazy. You’re not too soft.
And you’re definitely not doing it wrong.
But something has to change - for your baby, and for you.
“I’d been debating booking a call with Catherine for months as our 1 year old was waking every hour or 2, and I was completely exhausted. I wish I'd done it sooner.”- Melanie
Imagine this...
You wake up after a longer stretch of sleep - not perfect, but better - and you actually feel human.
Things still aren’t flawless, but the chaos has settled.
You’ve got a plan that makes sense, fits your baby, and respects your instincts.
You’re no longer second-guessing every nap, every bedtime, every wake-up.
You’re not drowning in conflicting advice.
You feel calm.
You feel confident.
You feel like you again.
“Sleep went from a 2.5 hour battle and driving to sleep, to a toddler pointing to his bed and asleep in no time. It’s better than we could have imagined.” – Sarah
Why I do this work
I didn’t become a sleep coach because I had all the answers.
I became one because I didn’t.
When I had my first baby, Google was in its infancy. No Instagram. Just books, outdated forums, and a mountain of pressure to “get it right.”
I remember the exhaustion, but more than that, I remember the doubt. Everyone had an opinion:
“Just leave her.”
“She’ll learn.”
“Don’t make eye contact.”
But my instincts said something else:
That she needed me.
That this wasn’t behaviour needing fixing - it was baby behaviour.
Maybe the problem wasn’t her sleep… maybe it was the way we talk about baby sleep full stop.
That experience planted the seed for The Parent Rock.
Since then, I’ve supported hundreds (actually probably thousands!) of families through those blurry, exhausting early years - as a nanny, registered childminder, wedding childcare business owner, teaching assistant, and now a holistic sleep coach.
I’ve seen the sensitive ones, the strong-willed ones, the velcro babies… and the brilliant, knackered parents who just want to feel like themselves again.
I'm an OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach and mum of four. The support you receive is grounded in over 30 years of real-world experience, so you can feel fully seen, heard, and guided with care.
“We were met with empathy, warmth and so much knowledge. It’s been a great learning experience for us as parents.” – Julia
Real stories: How my gentle sleep support transformed these families
-
"A breath of fresh air"
"We've been burned with sleep support previously which had been packaged as gentle and wasn't. But the approach taken with The Parent Rock is a breath of fresh air. Attachment-focused and evidence-based.
We only needed easy simple tweaks to change everything for us. Sleep went from a 2.5 hour battle and driving to sleep, to a toddler pointing to his bed and asleep in no time.
It's better than we could have imagined. Fewer emotional outbursts, more time and bandwidth because everything is so much easier.
We've fallen in love with parenting again.
-
“No expectation to do anything resembling sleep training at all.”
“Working with Catherine has been a wonderful experience. Catherine really took the time to get to know our family and understand our baby's personality. We were struggling with frequent night wakes and a lot of unpredictability around naps and bedtime.
Catherine suggested a few simple tweaks to begin with and within the first week we already saw some movements in the right direction.
By the end of the two weeks we were seeing longer stretches at night, more predictability and easier bedtimes. Our daughter even managed to sleep 9.5 hours straight one night recently which was unimaginable before!
I have been able to continue feeding to sleep and there was no expectation to do anything resembling sleep training at all.”
-
"I wish I'd done it sooner"
"I'd been debating booking a call with Catherine for months as our 1-year-old was waking every hour or two, and I was completely exhausted. I wish I'd done it sooner.
Catherine took the time and asked lots of questions about us and our routine and suggested a few changes we could make and within a week of putting these into practice we had gone from 6 or more wakings a night to 2 or 3.
Catherine's empathetic and understanding approach to little ones' sleep is exactly why I chose her. I didn't want to cry it out or give up breastfeeding and Catherine didn't support those methods either.
I've been telling all my friends about her.”

There’s no magic timeline, but many families start seeing shifts within the first week. Every child is different, which is why we check in and adjust as we go. This isn’t about perfect - it’s about progress.
-
Nope. If feeding to sleep feels right for your family, that’s where we start - we work with what’s working, not against it.
