Hi, I’m Catherine - holistic sleep coach, founder of The Parent Rock, and mum of four (now aged 13 to 25) who’ve taught me more about emotions, bedtime battles, and yoghurt-in-hair moments than any textbook ever could.

I created Parenting Toddlers with Big Emotions because I remember how overwhelming those early years can be, and how much easier it is when someone’s walking alongside you, offering calm, connection-first support that actually works in real life.

As a certified holistic sleep coach (OCN Level 6), and a former nanny, childminder, and toddler-wrangler, I’ve supported hundreds of families through toddlerhood - gently, practically, and totally free from sleep training, sticker charts, or shame.

This circle isn’t about “fixing” your toddler.
It’s about helping you feel steadier, more supported, and more confident - one meltdown, mealtime, and bedtime at a time.
